Isolation Measurement System

The Megohmmeter MOM 4-1 is designed for testing insu-lation resistance and voltages on cables, electric compo-nents and installations and others.

The Megohmmeter MOM 4-1 is microprocessor controlled for acquisition, processing and display of measured val-ues. The power supply is provided by 6 AA cell batteries. The instrument housing is made of shock-proof plastic for field use.

Turning the rotary selector to MOhm range, the instrument will first perform a voltage measurement. If no dangerous voltage is detected and the test button is pressed, the MOM 4-1 will conduct an insulation measurement. After releasing the test button, the instrument will return to the voltage measurement.
